I've listed all the future update for units up to rank 80/100 and make a mention of existing units that may have long-term potential.
In regards to rerolling: unless there is a festival gacha, I wouldn't recommend rerolling unless you don't have solid units to help you progress through the game. Units get better ranking when their 6*s are released, but this is up to date for the current Jap version. A lot of the times it just means the unit's 6* form has not been release so don't be too quick to feed them just because they do not appear in this list. Please note: Don't get discouraged if you don't have many units in the higher tiers. The game tends to follow it's mother version (from the Jap app store) but they may not introduce all the characters based on the Jap region events (such as the attack on titans and Hatsune Miku units). This tier list is here to help you decide which units to build for up-coming updates. I've only listed the units that have the potential to make your gameplay easier in the long run.
